Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Compile data, verification for accuracy, posting data; and keeping other relevant records using indicated computer system.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Compare documents such as purchase orders, sales tickets and invoices for accuracy.
Perform bookkeeping work, including reviewing and posting data.
Keep records of invoices and support documents.
Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
Contact vendors in order to obtain or relay account information.
Other duties as needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 2 plus years of experience in accounts payable preferred.
Monday-Friday 7a-4p with a 1 hr lunch
Pay is $17-$18/hr DOE. This job could last 2-3 months or be TTP
