Job Description:
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet word processing, database management, and other applications.
Answer telephones in a polite tone and give information to callers, take message, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Maintaining scheduling and event calendars.
Order and dispense supplies. Check supply closet, reception, break room and mailroom daily for cleanliness in an effort to maintain a clutter free area.
Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
Coordinate conferences and meetings.
Operator electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally and with other organizations.
Handle all mail correspondence including, Fed- Ex, UPS, and postal shipments. Open, sort and date stamp all mail except those of personal nature, from a bank, from an attorney or certified mail. If those items arrive, the recipient should be contacted via email immediately.
Distribute faxes to the recipient immediately upon receipt.
Assist the sales and marketing teams with brochures, SOQ s and other booklet s as a needed.

Any other activity as directed.
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.

$10-$12/hr DOE

Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
2 plus years of experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
