Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts. The Billing Clerk will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations and assist in the collection of payments.
Duties
Handle all aspects of billing vehicle deals with precision and accuracy.
Process deal paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
Post vehicle sales and verify profit/loss for each transaction.
Monitor the funding of bank contracts and follow up as necessary.
Clean and maintain delegated schedules.
Verify that sales commissions are posted correctly.
Process warranty cancellations efficiently and effectively.
Reconcile warranty payments through the appropriate schedule.
Follow up on payments for outstanding cancellations to ensure timely resolution.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Solid background in accounting/ billing
relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred
Proficient in schedule cleaning and maintaining accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication
Very reliable time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
