Job Description
We are excited to announce that we are currently hiring for a Fabrication Lead position. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are looking to advance their careers, working as a key member of a fabrication group, producing parts and assemblies.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Fabrication Lead's primary role is to oversee production, ensuring a steady? Ow of quality products. This includes complying with all safety rules and regulations, as well as general work rules. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production processes, helping us to meet our high-quality standards and satisfy our customers' needs.
As a Fabrication Lead, you will be performing a range of skill levels. These include but are not limited to operating drill presses, sanders, saws, ordinary hand tools, straightening press, welder, cutting torch, ripping machine, CNC metal processing machine, CNC plate processing machine, CNC Metal Processor, forklift, etc. Your versatility and adaptability will be key assets in this role.
Being able to read blueprints and precision measuring instruments is a must. This skill is crucial for ensuring that all parts and assemblies are produced to the highest standard and meet all specified requirements. You will be responsible for your work within a group, requiring coordination with other members of the group to maintain production.
Moreover, the Fabrication Lead conducts managerial duties to meet the company operation goals. This includes managing resources, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
Work hours are Monday thru Thursday 6am-4pm & on Fridays as needed during busy times.
