We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication processes and techniques, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Fabricator will be responsible for producing high-quality components and assemblies while adhering to safety standards and specifications.
Duties
-Utilize various fabrication techniques including MIG welding, TIG welding, and FCAW to create metal components.
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
-Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters for metal shaping.
-Perform assembly tasks on fabricated parts ensuring accuracy and quality control.
-Conduct measurements using calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills to ensure precision in fabrication.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to ASME codes & standards.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

-Previous experience in construction or manufacturing environments is preferred.
-Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and FCAW is essential.
-Familiarity with operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery is advantageous.
-Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
-Experience with machining processes and soldering is a plus.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative setting.
-Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
