Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Provide expert product selection guidance and design assistance.
- Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and designers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders.
- Manage projects from consultation through completion.
- Follow up proactively with customers throughout the sales process.
- Research product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Process returns according to company policies.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Participate in training, product knowledge sessions, and industry events.
- Achieve or exceed established sales and gross profit goals.
- Previous sales, customer service, showroom, interior design, construction, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable using technology, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in plumbing, appliances, lighting, hardware, cabinetry, or related products.
- Knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, or design processes.
- Previous showroom sales experience.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and continuous learning.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
